All Inclusive – The All Inclusive ticket option includes access to all events held during the weekend of September 23rd – 25th, 2022. This includes the Friday speaker, the Friday Hospitality Suite, all Saturday presentations, the banquet and keynote speaker, and participation to the Banquet Specialty Auction.

 All Inclusive (Student) – The All Inclusive (Student) ticket option is open to any individual enrolled in grade twelve or under, and to any individual enrolled in a post-secondary (university or college) program that is fully or partially focused on aquatic animals, conservation or related scientific study.

It includes access to all events held during the weekend of September 23rd – 25th, 2022. This includes the Friday speaker, the Friday hospitality suite, all Saturday presentations, the banquet and keynote speaker, and participation to the Banquet Specialty Auction.

Saturday Only – The Saturday Only ticket option includes all events held on Saturday, September 24th, 2022. These are all Saturday presentations, the banquet and keynote speaker, and participation to the Banquet Specialty Auction.

Speakers Only – The Speakers Only ticket option includes admittance to the Friday evening speaker, and Saturday presentations except the keynote speaker. Admittance to the Friday hospitality suite, the Saturday banquet and keynote speaker, and the Banquet Specialty Auction are specifically excluded.

Banquet Only – The Banquet Only ticket option includes admittance to the banquet and keynote speaker, and participation to the Banquet Specialty Auction. Admittance to the Friday evening speaker, the Friday hospitality suite, and all Saturday presentations, is specifically excluded.

Specialty Auction Only – The Specialty Auction Only ticket option allows those who have opted not to attend the banquet meal and keynote speaker to participate in the Banquet Specialty Auction.

The CAOAC 2020 Convention is being held at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Oshawa, Ontario.

Dates:   Friday, September 23rd and Saturday, September 24th

Room Type:   King with pullout

Price:              $130 plus tax including breakfast and parking

  • The last date to make a reservation is August 23rd, 2022. Late reservations after this date will not be subject to the block rate and are subject to availability

  • To avoid penalty any changes or cancellation they must occur more than 7 days prior to check in

  • $8 per day parking charge is included in your block price
