| 1. | There will be a charge of $.50 per entry in all senior classes to defray the expense of the show awards. |
| 2. | To be eligible to show fish, exhibitors must be paid up members of DRAS. |
| 3. | There will be five classes at each monthly meeting. Three classes for Senior members and two classes for Junior members. All classes are eligible for "Best in Show". The classes are: - Senior Livebearer - Senior Egglayer - Senior Fish of the Month - Junior Livebearer - Junior Egglayer |
| 4. | All fish classes are for single fish. |
| 5. | A member may show up to a maximum of 10 entries in any class. |
| 6. | The jar will be a flat-sided container, 3/4 full of water, containing no foreign materials, no backgrounds and/or lighting. |
| 7. | Diseased fish will automatically be disqualified. |
| 8. | Judges' decisions will be final and any interference with the judging will not be allowed. |
| 9. | Members must show as individuals, in couples, or as a family entry for the duration of the year. |
| 10. | Junior members, upon placing first in overall points for the year may, if they choose, advance to the Senior level for exhibiting fish. |
| 11. | A member may show in only one section per year. |
| 12. | At year end, trophies or plaques will be presented for first place and certificates will be presented for second place and third place in all classes and for overall total points in the Senior and Junior divisions. |
| 13. | All entries must be in place and paid by 8:00pm. |
Point Structure
1st place - 3 points times the number of entries
2nd place - 2 points times the number of entries
3rd place - 1 point times the number of entries
One point will be awarded for bringing in an entry whether it places or not, and one point will be awarded for "Best in Show".
i.e. 2nd place with ten entries in the class is worth 21 points
